Who are We?

Buy to Let Plus is the brain child of Robert Jordan FRICS, FARLA, a Chartered Surveyor with 40 years experience and currently the national President of the Association of residential Letting Agents (ARLA). It was ARLA over 10 years ago that invented Buy to let and Robert was a member of the Council who developed and refined the system. For the last 17 years Robert has been the Chief Executive of a Major residential letting Agency in the North West of England that bears his name.
Buy to let Plus is a grouping of like minded professionals from around the country who have local knowledge to pass on with regard to the local market and to help investor landlords , experienced and first time investors, to buy the right property in the right place to maximise the potential for the intended investment.

SELLING a property: You can register a property you may wish to sell on the site.
